This lovely little fox is the parent of Franklin the fox! My mini fox. I decided to make a larger version of Franklin and here we are! I think this fellow is going to be a part of a nature series. Enjoy!

- Worsted Weight Yarn
- Orange, brown, and white
- Hook size 3.5mm (E)
- 14mm Safety Eyes, or an alternative form of eyes
- 9x11mm Safety Nose, or an alternative form of nose
- Stitch Marker
- PolyFill
- Tapestry Needle
- Scissors
- Sewing Pins

- In front loops only pick up the next two loops, yarn over, and pull through 2 loops.

Notes-
- Magic Ring Alternative- chain 2 and single crochet in the second chain from the hook.
- This will be crocheted in the round.
- If not specified or in the () repeat to the end of the round.

Rd 2: inc (12)

Rd 4-6: sc around (18) (3 rounds)

Change to Orange
Rd 9-16: sc around (9) (8 rounds) Stuff hands firm and the arms loosely.
Rd 17: fold in half and sc through both sc 4 times
FO, you’ll weave in ends when you attach.

Start with white and halfway around the rd switch to orange on each rd. That be after 3 sc for rd 1, 3 inc on the rd 2, 3 (sc, inc) in rd 3, and then after 12 sc on rd 4-6.
Rd 1: sc 6 in MR
Rd 2: inc (12)
Rd 3: sc, inc (18)
Rd 4-6: sc around (18) (3 rounds) Insert the nose through the MR circle.
FO, leaving a tail for sewing. Attach with the top between rds 28 and 29 and the bottom between rds 22 and 23. Stuff loosely while sewing.
Ears (make 2)-
Brown
Rd 1: sc 6 in MR
Rd 2: sc around (6)
Rd 3: inc (12)
Change to Orange
Rd 4-5: sc around (12) (2 rounds)
Row 6: fold in half and sc through both 5 times
FO, leaving a tail for sewing. Don’t stuff. Attach on either side of the head, behind the eyes. Sew starting between rds 34 and 35, going down on either side.
